A beautiful story of the skinny yankee who moves to California, and, after getting his ass kicked, getting his bicycle totalled, and (literally) having sand kicked in his face, the original 98-pound weakling finally mans up. He confronts his aggressors, and kicks their collective heinies in a grueling test of manhood, ably supported by Elizabeth Shue, who was just adorable.
